Wright Moves Consulting offers a social media management service ("Studio") through which our clients authorize us to publish and schedule content to their own Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts on their behalf. This access is granted by you through Meta's official Facebook Login and is used only to operate the service you signed up for.

How we use it: We use this access solely to publish and schedule the content you create, to the accounts you connect. We never post without your direction, never access your private messages or direct messages, and never sell, rent, or share this data with anyone. Media you upload is stored only temporarily and is automatically deleted from our servers after the post is published.
Revoking access and deleting your data: You can disconnect Wright Moves Consulting at any time from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, which immediately revokes our access. To have your stored access tokens, connected-account details, and scheduled posts permanently deleted, email info@wrightmovesconsulting.com with the subject "Data Deletion" — we will delete all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies in our handling of all Facebook and Instagram data.
Wright Moves Consulting operates "Studio," a platform our clients use to schedule and publish posts to their own connected social media accounts. If you are a Studio client, this section explains what the platform stores about you and how to have it deleted.
What Studio stores:
How it is used: Studio uses this only to publish and schedule the content you create, to the accounts you connect. Uploaded photos and videos are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after a post publishes. We never post without your action, and never sell or share your data.
Subprocessors: Studio relies on Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and temporary media storage), and the Meta and TikTok APIs (to publish your posts). Each processes only the data needed to provide the service.
Deleting your Studio data: You can disconnect any social account at any time, which removes its access from Studio. To have your entire Studio account permanently deleted, including your login, connected-account access tokens, and scheduled posts, email info@wrightmovesconsulting.com with the subject "Studio Data Deletion." We will delete all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
