Questions

FREQUENTLY
ASKED

Everything below is what we actually do and what our terms actually say. If your question is not here, ask us rather than guessing.

Working With Us

How do we get started?

With a conversation, never a checkout. Use the contact form at the bottom of our home page, email info@wrightmovesconsulting.com, or call (904) 458-7322. We reply within 24 hours.

There is no public booking link and no instant checkout. The first step is always a conversation about what you need, so we can scope it properly before anyone commits to anything.

What does the process look like?

Four phases:

  • Discover. We talk through the business, the goal and the constraints.
  • Propose. You get a written proposal with the scope, the price and the number of revision rounds.
  • Build. We build, and you review at defined stages.
  • Launch. We go live and hand over.
Do you only work with clients in Jacksonville?

No, but we are genuinely local. We are a brand, web and growth studio in Jacksonville, Florida, and a good number of the businesses we build for are here.

If you are in Jacksonville we can meet in person, at your place of business or over coffee, and we can come to you when the work needs eyes on something. Being able to sit across from the person building your site is the part a nationwide agency cannot offer you.

If you are not local, nothing about the work changes. It runs on calls, email and previews you can open on your phone, and you see the real thing at every stage rather than a description of it.

One point of order, since the public record says something slightly different: the LLC is registered in Orange Park, just south of Jacksonville. Jacksonville is where we work and where our clients are.

Who do you usually work with?

Early stage founders, growing businesses, personal brands, and agencies looking for a white label development partner.

The industries we build for most often:

  • Real estate
  • Home and field services
  • Consulting and professional services
  • Health and wellness
  • Retail and e-commerce
  • Food and beverage
  • Creative, media and entertainment
  • Tech and software

If your industry is not on that list it is not a problem. The work is the same shape whatever the trade, and the first conversation is where we figure out what yours needs.

What do you actually build?

Three areas of work:

Web & Real Estate

  • Custom websites
  • Landing pages
  • Agent websites
  • Home valuation pages
  • Listing page templates
  • Brand identity
  • SEO setup

Tools & Automation

  • Shopify storefronts
  • Custom CRM systems
  • Email automation
  • Google & Meta ad setup
  • Live chat
  • Booking systems
  • Client portals

Social & Growth

  • Instagram & Facebook scheduling
  • Content calendars
  • Monthly graphics
  • Review automation
  • Analytics
  • Security
  • Hosting

Scheduling runs on Studio, our own platform, so your social accounts stay connected to us and not to a tool from another company that you also have to pay for.

What do you build it with?

Code we write, running on infrastructure we manage. Your site is not a template on a page builder that we rent on your behalf, and there is no monthly subscription to a third party tool sitting in the middle of it. That is what built not borrowed means.

The tools are ours as well. The CRM that holds your leads is our own software. Studio, which schedules your Instagram and Facebook posts, is our own software. When a platform changes its pricing or drops a feature, it does not take your site down with it.

Where a platform genuinely is the right answer, we say so. Shopify is a deliberate choice for a store that needs its checkout and payment rails. If you are already on Wix or Squarespace and you are happy there, we can build inside it rather than make you move. The difference is that it is a decision we make with you, not the only thing we know how to do.

You own the result either way: the code, the domain and the accounts are yours, and they leave with you if you ever go elsewhere.

When are you not the right fit?

We are a small studio, and that is the point. You work with the people who build the thing, and a decision takes hours instead of three meetings. It also means some work belongs somewhere else, and we would rather say which before you spend money.

Not us:

  • Enterprise platform migrations that come with a procurement process and a security review.
  • Large monthly ad spend where what you are really buying is a media buying desk.
  • A standing photo and video crew on site for ongoing content capture.

Us:

  • A founder or an established local business that needs the whole thing to work together: brand, site, the tools behind it, and someone who answers.
  • An agency that needs a build partner working under their name.
  • A business that has outgrown a template and wants software of its own without hiring an engineer.

Pricing And Payment

How much does a project cost?

Project work starts at these figures and is quoted properly after a conversation:

ServiceFrom
Landing page$250
Ad campaign setup$800
E-commerce store$1,000
Website design$1,500
Custom CRM$2,500
Real estate package$3,500
A starting price is a starting price, not a quote. Every project is scoped and proposed before any commitment.
Do you bill hourly?

Our standard rate is $75/hr. Most work is quoted as a fixed project price instead, so you know the number before anything starts. The hourly rate is what applies to ongoing or open ended work, and to anything requested outside an agreed scope, including extra revision rounds beyond the ones your project includes.

Hourly work is tracked and itemized on the invoice. Nothing outside scope gets started without your approval first.

Is there a monthly option instead of a single project?

Yes, for real estate agents. No setup fee and no long term contract:

PlanPrice
Agent Basic$97/mo
Agent Pro$197/mo
Agent Elite$297/mo

Basic covers a custom agent website, lead capture, Google Business Profile setup, analytics, hosting and maintenance. Pro adds a home valuation page, listing landing pages, a real estate CRM, review automation and two neighborhood pages. Elite adds IDX and MLS integration, five neighborhood pages, Google and Meta ad setup, email automation and monthly social graphics. Full detail is on the real estate agent page.

These monthly plans are the only fixed prices we publish.

What do you need before work starts?

A deposit of 50% is required before any work begins, and it is not refundable. The remaining balance is due on completion, before final delivery or launch. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each billing period.

Accepting a quote is not a binding agreement until the deposit has been received.

How long does a project take?

Standard turnaround is 7 days for projects quoted at a fixed price, such as single pages, landing pages and small builds. Larger engagements state their own timeline in the written proposal.

The 7 days are counted from the moment we have been granted everything we need to work: account and platform access, content, copy, images and brand assets. The window does not start when an invoice or deposit is submitted, and it pauses any time we are waiting on access, materials or an approval from you. The window closes the moment deliverables are sent to you for review. It does not run until launch, because a launch can wait on your approval, a domain transfer or a date you have chosen.

Revision rounds requested after delivery, additions outside the agreed scope, and anything that depends on another company, such as domain transfers or registrar and hosting access, sit outside the turnaround window.

How can I pay?

Through Stripe: credit and debit cards, ACH, Klarna and Afterpay. All prices are in USD.

What happens if an invoice is late?
  • Unpaid 14 days past the due date: a late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied.
  • Unpaid 15 days past the due date: hosted sites and services may be taken offline without further notice.
  • Once paid in full, including any late fees, service is reinstated within 24 to 48 hours. A $75 reinstatement fee may apply.
  • Unpaid 30 days or more: we may permanently terminate the hosting agreement. A full backup of the site is made available once outstanding balances are settled.
Is the deposit refundable?

No. The 50% deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. It covers the time, planning and resources committed to your project from day one.

Once a deliverable has been approved, no refund is issued for it. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope through no fault of yours, we issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered work. Refunds are not issued for completed and approved work, cancellations because you changed your mind, or delays caused by late content from your side.

Scope, Revisions And Approvals

How many revisions do I get?

Every proposal states a defined number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages, new features or structural changes, are quoted and billed separately.

We always tell you before billing for work outside the agreed scope. Nothing is added to your bill without your knowledge.
I am not on a monthly plan and I want one small change. What does that cost?

Individual changes outside of a monthly retainer are billed at our standard rate of $75 an hour and invoiced at the end of the month.

What counts as approving something?

Replying "looks good", "approved" or similar in any written communication is formal acceptance of that deliverable. Approval is binding, and that stage is then closed.

Asking us to redo or significantly alter approved work afterwards counts as new scope and is quoted and billed separately. We will always allow reasonable time for review and will never rush you toward approval, so please review thoroughly before approving.

What do you need from me during a project?
  • Content, copy, images and brand assets delivered in good time.
  • Replies to questions and revision requests within 5 business days.
  • A single primary point of contact for approvals.

Delays caused by late feedback or missing assets may move the timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

What happens if I go quiet in the middle of a project?

A project is considered abandoned after 30 or more consecutive days of no response. We make at least two written attempts to reach you over that period before declaring it.

If a project is abandoned we may close it, retain the deposit in full, and bill for any work completed beyond what the deposit covers at our standard rate of $75/hr. Restarting later requires a new deposit and a fresh scope based on current availability and pricing.

Ownership, Hosting And Cancelling

Who owns the work when it is finished?

You do, on receipt of full payment. All custom work created for your project, including design files, code and written content, becomes your property.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies, to use project details in marketing (anonymized on request), and to keep the proprietary tools and frameworks we used to build it. Assets from other companies such as stock photos, fonts and plugins stay subject to their own licenses.

Where is my site hosted?

On Cloudflare Pages. We target 99%+ uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, outages at other companies and force majeure events are outside our control.

Can I cancel a monthly service?

Yes, at any time, with no notice period. This covers hosting, forms, bookings, the lead inbox and the social scheduler.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further payments are taken, and the period already paid for is not refunded.

Do you guarantee SEO rankings or results?

No. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels or business outcomes from any service. We build the thing properly and set it up correctly, and we will tell you honestly what we think it can do.

Social Media Management

What is Studio?

Studio is our own platform for scheduling and publishing photo and video posts to your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account. You create the content and pick the schedule, and Studio publishes it on your behalf.

What access to my accounts do you need, and what do you store?

You grant access yourself through Meta's official Facebook Login and choose which Page and Instagram account to connect. We store an encrypted access token, the connected account's name and ID, and the posts and captions you schedule.

Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and are never displayed in the app. We never read your private messages or direct messages, never post without your direction, and never sell or share this data. Uploaded photos and videos are deleted automatically after the post publishes.
How do I disconnect and have my data deleted?

You can disconnect us at any time from Facebook, Settings, Business Integrations, which revokes our access immediately.

To have stored tokens, connected account details and scheduled posts permanently deleted, email info@wrightmovesconsulting.com with the subject "Data Deletion". We delete everything associated within 30 days and confirm by email. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
